To receive a refund within 30-days of your delivery, less shipping & handling, please access our self-service Help Desk for immediate assistance at help.relaxium.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to be included in your return package -- this will ensure your return gets credited to the correct account. Be sure to include your RMA number along with your name, address & phone number inside the package and send to:

All bottles must be returned unopened (minus your one trial bottle).Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Once the return has processed, allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your method of payment.
